Why offer both card and crypto?+
Card is fast and familiar — instant credits, works with any Visa/Mastercard/Amex. Crypto (Bitcoin, USDT, 300+ coins) is anonymous and global — no card on file, no chargebacks, works in any country. Pick whichever suits you.
How long until I get credits?+
Card: instant — credits land the moment your payment clears. Lightning: a few seconds. On-chain Bitcoin: usually one block confirmation, ~10–30 minutes. All methods credit automatically.
Do credits expire?+
Never. Credits you buy here stack on your account and stay there until you use them. Buy $99 once, use them over a year — same value.
What if I overpay?+
Send extra and you'll be credited at the next tier down. Example: send $20 for the $15 tier, you still get 5,000 credits. (Lightning fees come out of your wallet, not your purchase amount.)
Can I get a refund?+
Yes — within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. Email dannyaether@trynoguard.com with your account email and we'll refund unused credits (we don't fight you on this). Card payments: refunded to the original card. Crypto: refunded to a wallet address you provide. The only thing we can't refund is credits you've already spent (since those went toward real LLM compute on your behalf).
Is this safe? Do you control my wallet?+
No. You pay from your wallet to ours. We never see or hold your private keys. The only thing we control is what we deliver — credits in your account, recorded transparently in your credit history.
