Top-up Credits (Card & Crypto)

All credit purchases are for digital goods delivered instantly upon payment confirmation. Credits are added to your account within seconds of a successful transaction.

Top-up credits are non-refundable once any credits have been used. If the entire top-up amount remains untouched, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

Cryptocurrency payments (USDT, BTC) are non-reversible by nature. Refunds for crypto payments, when eligible, will be issued to a wallet address you provide.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank will result in immediate account suspension and automatic clawback of all credits granted by the disputed transaction. Aether automatically submits evidence to contest fraudulent chargebacks.

If you have a legitimate issue with a charge, please contact us first at dannyaether@trynoguard.com — we will resolve it faster than a bank dispute and without suspending your account.

Service Issues

If a documented Aether outage prevented you from using credits you paid for, contact support and we will either issue additional credits or refund the affected portion.

How to Request a Refund

Email dannyaether@trynoguard.com with your account email, order ID, and reason. Include your transaction receipt if available. Most refund requests are processed within 3 business days.
